"Very upset and disappointed! I've had my insurance with this agent for about 10 years. Looking through my policies they have them completely screwed up not the coverages that I requested whatsoever. Did not offer to make it right and even scoffed at me when I explained how upset I am. I will be ensuring elsewhere, this agent has never spoken with me directly never reached out once yet I've insured with her forever. Every time you call they do not answer but eventually they do call you back. I've been insured with State Farm since 2009 and I am changing all of my policies personal and business. Not happy with this agent. I'm out thousands of dollars because someone changed my policy and added full coverage to a vehicle that we did not request"

Regrettably, by the time I had the opportunity to return your call, you had already posted a review and transferred your policies to various agencies. However, I would like to take this moment to address your concerns. During your call to our office, you expressed your frustration and made it clear that you had already made up your mind about canceling your insurance and switching to another provider. You specifically requested that my team members refrain from investigating or assisting in resolving the issue. Additionally, you mentioned your intention to leave negative reviews. Nevertheless, we took the initiative to contact an underwriting manager to address any potential errors on your policy, as we were previously unaware of any such issues. It is worth noting that no changes have been made to your policies within our office. As a fellow business owner, I am taken aback by these unfounded accusations. You did not afford our office the opportunity to review or rectify the situation. Throughout the many years you were our valued customer, we consistently delivered exceptional customer service. It is unfortunate that our relationship has concluded in this manner. "

"I would give zero stars to Kristi Kiernan’s office if I could. State Farm itself is a great company. This office has cost me hundreds of dollars. When I ask to speak to my agent(Kristi) or the agent that I signed up with I was told “no”!! That I can’t speak to anyone else. When someone who has a policy with State Farm is told there is no one else they can talk to by the person that made the error then that’s a problem! I would definitely pick a different State Farm office to do business with!!!"

"I worked with Vince and switched over my insurance for auto and home! Vince was very clear on my coverages and had great suggestions on what I should and shouldn't do with giving me the final decision! This was the best experience I've had with an insurance agent!! "The people in the office will be nice to you until you actually need something. Then they'll make you wait all day while they find fine print as to why they won't cover you and then yell and talk over you while you are in your most frustrated and defeated state of mind. It was as if they enjoyed it. They expect you to know more than them and then talk down to you. When you ask for information in writing, they have to put in a request to have it mailed to you. This large company can not email you a document... and they dont have it posted online anywhere. NOT what you would expect from a company that has NFL Stadium naming rights. State Farm and this agency are awful in every way."

"Dear Melissa, I recently came across your review of our business and I must say, I am disappointed to hear about your negative experience. However, upon reading your review, I noticed some inaccuracies that I felt compelled to address. Firstly, you mentioned that our customer service was rude and unhelpful. I want to assure you that we prioritize excellent customer service and have trained our staff accordingly. In fact, we have received numerous positive reviews praising our team's attentiveness and professionalism. We take great pride in assisting our customers and it is disheartening to hear that you did not have a similar experience. Mutual respect between customers and team members are of utmost importance. Secondly, our industry is regulated by the state insurance commission and we can’t go outside of these rules and regulations. While I understand this frustrating, we must abide by these to avoid legal repercussions. This is true for all carrier in the insurance industry. State Farm has 24 hours 7 days a week customer service and encourage all clients to use our services as often as needed. Sometimes situations can’t be rectified and documents can’t be produced immediately. However, all documents are sent out upon the original policy issuances. If this large policy booklet is needed to be resent, it can take a bit of time to be created and sent out again. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction you may have experienced even though I feel that this situation is out of our control. "

"I was contacted and provided insurance quotes that had unexplained conditions. When I expressed concerns after moving my policies over they were not handled timely, accurately, or with any degree of care. In my experience this office was all about sales and 0% about customer care or satisfaction."
